Simply the worst! The most disrespectful office staff, I clearly the Doctors in charge have eather turned a blind eye or simply don't care that long term patients are walk out
Horrible patient experience. They just don’t care at all. It’s pitiful. There’s better out there, I had to find out the hard way.
I have been a patient for years and I have had very lousy service from the front desk. I always have to wait even if I have an appointment. I just left and won’t be back again because the receptionist was very rude and I do not want to spend my whole day to see a doctor. The receptionist said she waits 4 hours to see her doctor and doesn’t see an issue with it.
