This place is the worst and I would give Dr. Senguta zero stars if I could. I am a suspect APS/lupus patient with a finding of masses (suspect phospholipids on my mitral valve). I was discharged from Robert Wood and told to follow up with several specialists including a cardiologist. I followed up with this place waited three weeks for an appointment, it was completely useless. I was told to follow up with a cardio thoracic surgeon not said on my referral. I have been seeing Dr Sengupta for many years now for ongoing care of a heart attack, blood clotting disorder, arrhythmias, and hypertension. She is always lovely and has always come to see me in the hospital to make sure they are following protocols with me. She works with my hematologist and primary care doctor well. I have never had any issues with Jenny at the front desk like many of these reports.

Extremely disappointing experience. When I urgently contacted this office about whether my mother — who is undergoing chemotherapy — could safely take an antibiotic with her heart medication, the staff never returned my call. Only after her oncologist’s office contacted them did they respond, simply refusing to assist because “they hadn’t seen her in six months.” No effort was made to review her ongoing cardiac monitoring from her oncologists, suggest a telehealth appointment, or collaborate — nothing.
