As the face of a cardiologist’s office, you would expect a receptionist to treat patients and their families with empathy, respect, and basic courtesy. Unfortunately, my experience with Cleo was the exact opposite. Cleo was remarkably rude, completely devoid of empathy, and continuously cut me off while I was trying to speak. She called without reviewing my father's file or the recent emails we sent outlining pressing concerns regarding an urgent medication adjustment. Great service. Professional and friendly with a sytem that works like a well-oiled machine.
I have had Dr. Tan for over a year and he has been wonderful as has the staff. He has been with me for several procedures and I have relied upon his valued opinion and experience. When I leave a message because I am concerned with something, his secretary always gets back to me with minimal delay. In between visits, quite often my GP takes over my care. I have two friends that are also with Dr. Tan and he has been very caring with all of us. I also appreciate his sense of humour because laughter is the best medicine.
