As the face of a cardiologist’s office, you would expect a receptionist to treat patients and their families with empathy, respect, and basic courtesy. Unfortunately, my experience with Cleo was the exact opposite. Cleo was remarkably rude, completely devoid of empathy, and continuously cut me off while I was trying to speak. She called without reviewing my father's file or the recent emails we sent outlining pressing concerns regarding an urgent medication adjustment.
