Dr Hany F. Shanoudy, MD is a very kind, and caring doctor. He's extremely knowledgeable in his field of expertise. The women who work at the front desk are very kind and helpful. They do their own testing there and the staff who do the tests are very kind and did their best to help me feel comfortable. I feel that they have an amazing team of doctors, nurses, and staff members. I'd definitely recommend anyone to The Altoona Cardiology Associates of Altoona.
The worst drs office I’ve ever been too
I had a nuclear stress test done 8 days ago, have attempted to contact via phone for last 3 days, Noone has returned my call. Finally made contact via phone on day 8, person representing them replied the test has not even been looked at or read yet? And states don't know when it will be looked!!!. Absolutely pathetic!!!! One could have a heart attack while waiting for this outfit. I'm just totally aghast.
Love Dr Larkin but I don’t know how anyone can make an appointment! No one answers the phone for scheduling and when you leave a message no one calls back. I’ve been trying for 3 days to schedule an appointment with no success. I do not want to switch drs as I’ve been with Larkin for 20 years but I’m not sure what else to do! If you call billing or the nurse line they pick right up. But don’t call scheduling because it’s a lost cause.
