The front desk personnel are rude. When you call to ask a question, they give you attitude and are not at all helpful. I asked to be transferred to a nurse to better answer my question, and she was also rude. I will be finding a new cardiologist.
3:25 connie black Initial visit 3/28/24 with Dr Boler Beginning with the receptionist; she was very courteous & professional. The person who took me back to the room, kind & personable. Awful visit! The doctor was very nice and professional. However, the 2 front desk receptionists and the nurse who called me to the back was very rude and unprofessional. I have never been so disrespected in my life. If you don't want to work in health care and actually care about sick people, find another job. Both receptionists were talking to me all ruff about my secondary insurance stating that they may deny my claim and stated that if I didn't call the insurance company and fix the issue that I could never return to the ... read more
I love my Dr and nurses they are so kind to me. They are easy too talk too they take there time and explain things to you.
