I went to my appointment with Dr peeler because I wasn't happy with the Dr that did emergency surgery on me at Baltimore Washington medical center. He came in the room immediately praising the previous Dr and telling me there was nothing he could do for me without any exams or empathy what so ever. On top of that he made very offensive implications about the manor in which I substained my injury's.
