I just cancelled an appointment because an horrible experience with the front desk. I called them because I don’t have the office number in the building, and they were scared that I was thinking to put a bomb or something. Then, the stupid lady at the phone ask me why I was calling them, I said because I have an appointment with you but I don’t have your office number. 9:30 appointment, it’s 10:56 right now. No doctor yet. This garbage of triple booking appointments is a disgrace. I was just told the doctor is with another patient, and there is another one before me. My work day is lost.
Horrible service! The front desk lady has a bad attitude! I made an appointment a few weeks ago and they took and confirmed my insurance information. Now, I am here to see the doctor and they said they don't accept my insurance. My question is why you did not tell me this when I was making the appointment or a day after???? I have been waiting for this appointment. Do not go to this facility!
Dr Patel met with me for the first time for approximately 20 minutes. I came in with a prescription from my primary doctor for a stress test and an echocardiogram. This was my initial appointment with the doctor, no testing was being done yet. In that 20 minutes he determined that I needed to be put on heart and cholesterol medication and was calling it into my pharmacy.
