I was implanted with a "Loop Recorder" because of an anomaly many years ago. I have NEVER had any episode to suggest that I still need it. I have asked to have it removed 4 times & I've been told that "the battery has a lot of life left so, we will leave it in you." Now, EVERY procedure I need I have to get clearance from Dr. Goel. I want this device removed because I have a lot of other health issues that need Xrays, MRIs & CAT scans that are always delayed because "I have a loop recorder"! Wonderful Doctor very special man. Thoughtful caring and generous with his time. Always makes you feel comfortable and understand your medical situation. Would not go to anyone else. Saved my husband's life 12 yrs ago. Still monitors him twice a year.

Dr. Goel saved both of my parents lives. They both had cardiologists who overlooked dangerous/life threatening flags. Dr. Goel was able to save them, and get them on the right track. It’s hard to find good doctors and he is a blessing.
