I have to see a cardiologist yearly due to being born with a hole in my heart and breast cancer. At my last appointment, I made my appointment for the next year. I was just called and told that the doctor is going on vacation at that time and I need to reschedule my appointment. I get it, people need vacations. That’s not my frustration. My frustration is that they’re wanting me to reschedule with him 6 MONTHS later! How is it fair that my appointment gets pushed to the end of the line for his vacation?
If you love sitting in a waiting room then this is the place for you. Doctor Patel is consistently behind. This afternoon he is 90 minutes behind. Talk about disrespectful.
I was totally disappointed in the experience that happened today May 12th 2026. The doctors are 5 star but what we recieved today from the front desk and office manager was one star service at best. My wife and I are both see doctors here at CAVA Bloomfield. She is a patient of Dr. Patel and I am a patient of Dr. Degregorio. Do you have that warm and fuzzy feeling everytime you walk in a family function?? That's the same feeling you'll get here. From the receptionist, to the woman that takes you back to your room and to the Nurse Practitioner Amy, it's the most incredible place I've ever gone for health care. Especially with the nerves of a new found heart condition! Thank you CAVA for making it easy to get healthy!
