My dad has been a patient of Dr Cook’s for over 30 years. My dad would not be here without his great attention to detail, procedures and kindness. The office has always been helpful in getting him in when issues have risen. He reviews labs with detail even when areas may not be in his care plan. Thanks for all you do and continue to do for my dad.

Excellent patient care! I have been marketing physicians for several years so I recognize a good Practice when I see it. Dr. Cook and his staff/ family exceeded my expectations. He is a solo practitioner who spends real, hands-on time with patients. His practice has sustained because his expertise and care is true quality!!!
Our favorite doctor! So knowledgeable and takes the time to really explain what's going on to us. My GP said that my heart could just stop at any time. He gives straightforward information, and I love his sense of humor!
