This practice is filled with kind people - from the very sweet MA/nurse who did the intake, to the office staff and wonderful physician, Dr. Lee.
Great doctors and staff, awful patient services. Almost impossible to reach by phone.
I have been going to see Dr Weiss for a couple years now and everyone from the front staff, medical assistants and check out staff have been nothing but professional. Dr Weiss has a lovely bedside manner and is very knowledgeable. It's always a pleasant visit. Minus the parking. It's a busy medical Pavillion so come early for your appt to park and make it on time.
Went here because family recommended the doctor and because of the reception staff I will not be returning. Asking them to do their job without an attitude is above thier professional stature. It’s like a bunch of kids.
This is the worst place in the world. Do not go here. They will call and sch appointments and you will change your sch [take vacation] only to have them call you back a few days later and say but first we need you to come to a prior appointment. They need to get all the info then call you, not piecemeal.
