The front desk staff needs additional training in quality customer service. I’ve been a patient at this practice for over a decade and the patient forward approach appears to no longer be the standard. The medical staff are extremely professional, but that is not behavior exhibited by the front desk staff. Based on the comments, there is a consistent pattern or patient disregard. Needless to say, I’m looking for a new medical office for care.
I had a the worst experience at the front desk I have ever had in a doctor's office. As a doctor myself, I would never treat/dismiss my patients the way I was treated here. After driving around an extra 10 minutes in the parking lot, where it is often difficult to park, I arrived 6 minutes late. I was informed there was a no late policy, period and I could not be seen. The front office staff is horrendous and there’s one particular person at the front desk who is very loud and obnoxious and absolutely lacks even a hint at even the most basic level of customer service! The office is very dark and dim and it reminds of walking into some sort of horror movie set! I saw Dr Adrian Le Preston and I wholeheartedly do not recommend her at all! Saw Dr. Khan after a high heart rate scare and getting checked out at the Howard Hospital ER. Dr. Khan was very pleasant and caring. He reviewed all the test results and answered all my questions. Very nice experience with him. Would certainly recommend.
Took my mother to see Dr. Schwartz for an initial visit. I agree with other reviewers that everyone—from the front office staff to Dr. Schwartz—was kind, patient, and thorough. Dr. Schwartz had great energy and took the time to clearly explain my mother’s EKG results and the next steps in her care.”
