I have been receiving excellent care and advice from this practice for the past nearly 13 years. Most my care have been annual checkups and follow-ups, and the occasional echocardiogram. The physicians have been caring and expert in knowledge and offer excellent advice for maintaining good cardiovascular health. I have arrived at least 15 minutes EARLY for my appointments and have had NO issues with the front desk staff although I do agree with some of the other commenters that some of the front desk staff could be friendlie... read more
The front desk staff needs additional training in quality customer service. I’ve been a patient at this practice for over a decade and the patient forward approach appears to no longer be the standard. The medical staff are extremely professional, but that is not behavior exhibited by the front desk staff. Based on the comments, there is a consistent pattern or patient disregard. Needless to say, I’m looking for a new medical office for care.
I had a the worst experience at the front desk I have ever had in a doctor's office. As a doctor myself, I would never treat/dismiss my patients the way I was treated here. After driving around an extra 10 minutes in the parking lot, where it is often difficult to park, I arrived 6 minutes late. I was informed there was a no late policy, period and I could not be seen. The front office staff is horrendous and there’s one particular person at the front desk who is very loud and obnoxious and absolutely lacks even a hint at even the most basic level of customer service! The office is very dark and dim and it reminds of walking into some sort of horror movie set! I saw Dr Adrian Le Preston and I wholeheartedly do not recommend her at all!
