The front office staff is horrendous and there’s one particular person at the front desk who is very loud and obnoxious and absolutely lacks even a hint at even the most basic level of customer service! The office is very dark and dim and it reminds of walking into some sort of horror movie set! I saw Dr Adrian Le Preston and I wholeheartedly do not recommend her at all! Saw Dr. Khan after a high heart rate scare and getting checked out at the Howard Hospital ER. Dr. Khan was very pleasant and caring. He reviewed all the test results and answered all my questions. Very nice experience with him. Would certainly recommend.
Took my mother to see Dr. Schwartz for an initial visit. I agree with other reviewers that everyone—from the front office staff to Dr. Schwartz—was kind, patient, and thorough. Dr. Schwartz had great energy and took the time to clearly explain my mother’s EKG results and the next steps in her care.”
This practice is filled with kind people - from the very sweet MA/nurse who did the intake, to the office staff and wonderful physician, Dr. Lee.
Great doctors and staff, awful patient services. Almost impossible to reach by phone.
