The clinic's operational priorities are backwards: they have automated systems to solicit patient feedback, but no mechanism to actually review or respond to it. Financially and clinically, the booking management is highly inefficient. Patients are seemingly triaged or accepted by front-desk staff without proper alignment with the medical team's scope. This resulted in an entirely unproductive appointment that was an expensive waste of money, a specialist referral and my time.

I was less than impressed with my experience with this organisation. I was referred by my GP to this group so I made an appointment for a sleep test. My appointment was conducted in the reception area rather than in a consulting room which I thought was odd, rather public and unprofessional in my mind. I was given limited information and was instructed to watch a Youtube clip for instructions to set everything up which I was ok with but it was quick and no info was given about the process.
