So far so good. Diagnosed sleep disorder that should have been dealt with at my previous sleep specialist 8 years ago. Sleeping so much better (45 apnoea events per hour down to 2 per hour). Girlfriend and brotger were shocked about the "snore-stopper" machine. Matched discounts available on CPAP at the time at other stores + were very flexible about where CPAP was purchased but I got the best price and a very helpful mask trial + good advice that brought overall cost down. Excellent service, highly recommended.
Had a video call appointment booked in with Dr Chieng. Moved my work schedule around for it. Was waiting in the waiting room for 15 mins and then called reception. Was told the cardiologist had skipped my appointment and was already onto the next client and that I had to find another time. Ridiculous considering the time sensitive nature of the heart condition.
Thank you so much for your escalation of my urgent referral, and thank you to Dr. Chieng for being so supportive, validating, well informed, and understanding of POTS/autonomic dysfunction. It means a lot to me and I have recommended him to many other people now!
Have to Listen to a long winded message about covid 19 until someone answers the phone and sometimes no one answers and you have to leave a message and then no one calls back so your back to calling them to listen to the long long long Covid message which I’ve emailed them to remove from this horrible message!! But they HAVE NOT!!!!!
