Dr. Otero has been my cardiologist since 2017. He is professional and attentive during our visits. His expertise and conveying the next step of care is what a patient wants when facing decisions concerning their health. Wait time is efficient and his staff is great. I would highly recommend him .
From the very first start that I started seeing Dr Otero back in 2014 I have found him to be very very personal, excellent bedside manner.
