Dr. Vakani, Sushmita, and Zeinab are absolutely amazing. Dr. Vakani is an excellent cardiologist, always polite, pleasant, detailed, professional, and communicates in very simple terms that I understand. His staff are caring, detailed and follow-up with their patient's. They put their patient's first over billing. My experience is always uplifting, thankyou, Annie.
Knowledgeable staff, VERY FRIENDLY, my visit there is always a welcomed experience. A special shout out to Nurse Sushmita, Receptionist Zeinab, and Dr. Vakani.
I want to raise concerns regarding my experience as a patient in terms of communication and examination practice. During consultations, I felt that my concerns were not always fully heard and that conclusions were sometimes made without sufficient discussion or clarification of my perspective. This left me feeling dismissed during interactions.
