This experience was worth every cent. I can now sleep through the night thanks to my new CPAP machine. The staff were delightful to deal with, and I loved the ability to try the various mask options before making my purchase.
The staff were very friendly and helpful, going above and beyond and I would have given CRS a high rating, however, despite being told on the day of my test that the result would be available for my specialist the following week, it wasn't. The specialist cancelled and rebooked my appointment for a further 2 weeks, CRS ensured the DR that the report would be available. The DR was reassured again on the day of my appointment that the result would be available before my booked time as it still had not been done...it wasn't. 3 ... read more

The actual sleep study was supervised by very helpful staff. The after-care was appalling. I never received my call regarding my results despite a confirmed booking. I have subsequently emailed them several times and have been ignored. Dont see the point in having the study done if they can not be bothered to inform you of results that affect your physical and mental health. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!
