Staff were lovely and did their best to explain things and make me comfortable (not easy to do with all sort attached to you). The wait time for the study was also way shorter than the 3 months+ I had booked elsewhere.
I am newly diagnosed with sleep apnea, and from the initial overnight sleep study at Hollywood Hospital a few weeks ago, to the in person appointments and the follow up phone calls I have been receiving, I am massively impressed with CRS. The CRS Monash centre exhibited a very high level of care and professionalism for all the visits I made there. Very pleased that I chose them to assess and care for my sleep apnea.
Had an overnight sleep study with CRS Nedlands. The whole process from booking to leaving after the study was easy, smooth and positive. Staff were lovely and the room modern and clean with all ‘mod cons’. I was well looked after. Highly recommend.
My experience was faultless from the moment I walked in. The technician couldn’t help me enough with explaining what’s going to happen. We went through demos first to show me what to do. She was very friendly and comforting and made sure I was ready before starting.
