I had a spirometry test done at CRS and my experience was excellent! The wait time was very short, and the staff were friendly, professional, and welcoming. They took the time to explain the test clearly, which made the whole process comfortable and easy to understand. Everything ran smoothly, and I felt well cared for throughout my visit. Highly recommend!
Dirty rental machines. Unfortunately my experience with this company wasn't great. YouTube is more helpful. The first sleep technician I had was Katrina, The first visit I was fitted with a mask, the mask didn't fit my face properly so she tighten it, to the point of where it collapsed my nostrils and I could hardly breathe, the mask ended up causing my face to blister in multiple areas due to poor fitment. Our experience was fantastic. Both the Dr and receptionist were lovely and made my daughter (and us parents) at ease and cared for. Great explanations and taught my daughter how to do for the test so she was comfortable 🙂
