Lisa was the consultant I did my respiratory tests with . She was extremely patient, knowledgeable, positive and kind. The remainder of the staff were also helpful.

Original contact on the phone was with Paige, and wanted to say she was excellent and a pleasure to deal with. Genuinely much appreciated.
Friendly and professional service - the staff are very focussed on providing whatever assistance they can to customers. Convenient location in Midland with parking next door.
EDIT (08/11/2024): Wow! Things have completely changed at this business. No instruction provided on where to locate parking at new facility, nor any warning that the only convenient parking requires payment and no reimbursement. Lack of knowledge from "specialist" was laughably unprofessional. Office was hot with zero air circulation. Inappropriate music playing from front desk staff.
