Grateful to Dr. Koostra and his staff for helping to put me at ease during this trying time in my life.
I liked this doctor, however, his billing Manager is very unprofessional! When I asked the person at the front desk/the assistant giving me my breathing test/and the doctor himself, if everything at the visit would be covered by my copay - I was told Yes! I wrote on my intake paperwork that I wanted to be notified of any service not covered by my copay before preforming the service, I was told it was covered. I asked if they could call or wanted me to call the insurance company to make sure, and I was told it was not needed.... read more
He has been my Dr for 15+ years. He takes time to explain things with me not at me. I completely trust his judgement.
