I can't believe how much better I feel after only 3-4 months! I saw Jeremy for pulmonary rehab after pneumonia (and after years of shortness of breathe and getting hit hard by cold and flu season). When I started PT with Jeremy, I could barely do 5 minutes on the reclining bike. Most of my time in the beginning was stretching, resting, and learning breathing exercises.
