Ordered AED battery packs that were "in stock" and asked for expedited shipping. Was then told they were backordered. After more than a month of waiting, I'm attempting to cancel the order. Why lie about having equipment in stock and offering expedited shipping? Clearly a trend here with the reviews. Buyer beware.
Stay away, Buy somewhere else. Purchased almost 2k worth of items including a aed package. We are tax exempt, sent all paperwork in. Then receive an invoice with tax and they shipped items without authorization, and was suppose to cancel order if had tax issues. Now ordering from another company that cares about the customer and had no issues. BOTTOM LINE, Dont Buy from them.
Absolute scam of a company with zero customer service. Calls, emails, texts, and just strung along. I think they purposely sell stuff they don’t have / ship the wrong items.
