BEWARE!! Purchased an AED for our Youth Agriculture program here in Florida. Got billed right away for the order placed. The pediatric AED pads arrived and no AED machine. So i called to find out the status of the AED machine, and they stated that the AED machine doesn't get shipped out until they receive an AED from someone that turns one in, or traded in and it can be recertified. No where on any of their websites does it say we will not ship an AED product we billed you for until we receive one which could take up to 6 mo... read more
This company accepts orders for AEDs that they don't have in stock with no indication on the site that they are sold out. They put duplicate pre-authorizations on my card. My order hadn't shipped after five days, so I requested an update through their contact form. Two days after that I received a reply in broken English stating it was the manufacturer's fault and they didn't know when it would ship. I waited another week and cancelled my order. Horrible service pushed beliefs onto staff & customer don't use this company
I been transferred three times nobody knows what department I need to get transferred to when I am just trying to get my AED machines re-calibrated. Now I am on hold for 15 mins. Worse customer service I experienced in a while. Nobody knows there jobs here. Stay away!
Ina Wells was AWESOME and helped me with my exchange and order. In the East or in the West, Ina, Ina is the BEST. Give her a raise and a donut.
