Anyone at any level of fitness can enjoy kickboxing, strength training or yoga in what will become your home away from home! I am so happy to have found and be part of the Cardio Kick family! 🥊
I have been attending classes at Cardio Kick since October and it’s the best workout since it combines cardio, strength, core work and kickboxing. All of the instructors are amazing and motivate everyone to do their best! It’s an intense but fun workout and I’m always tired but feel awesome after! I highly recommend you check it out—first class is free so what do you have to lose!
Cardio kick has changed my mindset on working out! After having 3 kids including a set a twins I finally feel like I am getting stronger, have more energy and agility. The coaches are spectacular and the community is like no other! I cannot suggest cardio kick enough!
