Awesome place! Instructors are amazing, people are amazing, and workouts are challenging, but fun. I have been a member here for almost two years and I have never gotten bored with the workouts. There are people of all ages, sizes and abilities here. Totally no judgement zone. Love it!
Great first time Experience. The instructor was awesome he took the time to make sure all his Clients are satisfy and having fun. Very Clean Environment the Female instructor start to clean the Equipments immediately after our class.
Jonathan is an amazing instructor! The coordination of the workout is so balanced, and he keeps me motivated every session. I feel energized after my workouts, and my stamina has noticeably increased. It’s also such a great stress reliever. This is the go-to place if you’re looking to get your cardio kickboxing on!
