Wow!!! What a difference this has made for me! I have had 2 foot surgeries within 8 months. A lot of tightness and pain while walking. I walk a ton for work. It works!!! Give it a try.
Denise is fantastic!! She's great at keeping me motivated during personal training and working through rough moments with me. I feel much more empowered, courageous, and sure of myself from our sessions. I'm stronger and more self-reliant since training with her, too. Side note: She's diligent and thorough in following COVID-19 guidelines. Huge benefit to a small gym! Her paint and sip events are also top-notch!! 10/10 highly recommend
