Cardio Haus is my new favorite place to get a great workout in! I was needing a change up in my workouts and I am so happy I found them! Yash and the team are great! Very very clean space and equipment! You won’t be disappointed when you come for your first workout!
So many options in one place. I love that I can Cycle, Box, HITT or Zumba and I'm not restricted to one type of class. I tried the 1 week trial and took different classes and they were all amazing.The trainers and the staff are really knowledgeable and so welcoming. The trainers engage in the group classes so well it feels like you have personal training. I recommend this place to anyone at any level of fitness. Also the facility and equipment are clean, fresh and new. I'm always so happy after my workouts.

I love this place!!! As soon as I walked in the door I felt so comfortable knowing that I was going to have a safe workout because the place was so clean. This was reassuring for me with the current COVID-19 situation the world is having to adapt to. I was then guided to the boxing room, by the owner, to take my first class(which was free) I was introduced to my instructor and right away we connected.
