My first time there, the nurse ( I assume, apologies if I'm wrong) was great, friendly, she did my tests well and in a short time, I was pleased. Unfortunately she booked me a follow up appointment which I attended but the office was closed, locked, but the lights were on, so I waited 40 mins. I called the number on the door which lead me to the Windsor location. I had an excellent experience at the Sarnia Cardio-Care Heart Institute. The facility is clean and well-maintained, and the standard of care I received was truly impressive. The staff were professional, attentive, and made the whole process smooth. I highly recommend this clinic to anyone in need of cardiac care.
Two cardiologists share this office space. Appointments run on time for Dr Farag. I am not familiar with the other cardiologist. Nice sized seating area and public washrooms available. Office spaces are private and you can't hear other people's conversations.
