UPDATE – 11/08/2025 I originally left my one-star review over a year ago following an unpleasant interaction with the receptionist at that time, and I had not returned to the clinic since. For the past year, I have been under the care of Dr Siva at another practice, and he has been nothing short of outstanding. Doctors are always happy to help with any problems that I have with my heath. And the receptionists are always smiling and ready to help in anyway.
First of all receptionists are very nice and easy to work with. On the other hand “Dr” Rohana I would not recommend to anyone wanting to get real medical advice or results for anything. My partner has been told the same things for weeks and weeks even with multiple tests being done, come in for an appointment doesn’t even mention test results, just stares at his monitor and barely says a word. Not Empathatic Receptionist......!!!! ONLY I visit to seeing Dr Siva... He is a undoubtedly best practitioner!!. Other wise i wont visit that clinic.
DR Siva has been our family doctor for many years. We have followed him to this clinic and couldn't recommend him more. Dr Siva brings a level of professionalism and skill that elevates the whole team he is working alongside and is an absolute asset! It’s rare to find a doctor who is not only highly knowledgeable but also so kind and approachable. I always leave feeling confident and reassured.
