Very clean clinic and amazing service.
I visited the clinic today because I had a sore throat and runny nose. I was seen by Dr. Thushyanthy Amaranaathan. She advised that I could take Panadol and that antibiotics were not necessary, which I understand and respect. However, when I asked about antibiotics, the response felt quite rude and dismissive. Turns out coming to cardina medical centre was only a programed reaction. I mean. If my wife hadnt gone to emergency that afternoon things could have been fatal. 12 hrs later luckly my son was stable because casey hospital picked up his irregular breathing. The gp shouldnt be paid for false prescptiion, as i found out. Gp was wrong again. Like then have to deal with the dumb chemist. This is last time im trusting a gp. Period It is a business now. UPDATE – 11/08/2025 I originally left my one-star review over a year ago following an unpleasant interaction with the receptionist at that time, and I had not returned to the clinic since. For the past year, I have been under the care of Dr Siva at another practice, and he has been nothing short of outstanding. Recently, Dr Siva relocated to this clinic, and naturally, I chose to continue my care with him.
