Unprofessional staff and very old run down clinic.
Crashing and banging noise and laughter by young reception staff who seemed to be accustomed to this in a professional practice. At least two children yelling down the passage. Consulting room door left open, facing straight into the waiting room (no privacy). A friendly dental nurse entered to introduce herself. Last to enter was the dentist (Dr Alistair Pickering), who introduced himself. I paid $575 for a veneer that broke within 24 hours When I urgently booked for a repair, the clinic made me wait 2 weeks for an appointment** –call me to cancel last-minute** on the day itself. they said couldn’t fix" their own shoddy work** and recommended **$2300 for a new crown** – the solution they *should have recommended initially* if the veneer was unfit. **This is beyond unprofessional:** → Why waste 2 weeks of my time if they knew repairs were impossible? → Why take $575 for a new veneer and not recommend from begin... read more
