I went in for a lifetime oil change and was told that it had been canceled without notice. Then I was told that if I did another service they would grant the life time oil change agreement. I also asked for a right headlight bulb to be changed. It took the service department 2hrs to figure out what kind of bulb. Then they told me it would 450$ for a new light bulb. I spent half my day there for an oil change and a lightbulb that never got changed. Horrible service!
