I'm referring them to California consumer protection agency, GMC headquarters and the local district attorney to see if they violated any laws. Perhaps the only thing they broke was my trust but yet to be seen. While working out options for out of state military registration, they took payment for $34,500, at their insistence, I purchased and paid for insurance, and started making loan payments. The most amazing experience at Cardinale GMC! I was passing through Monterey after traveling on the road for a couple months and needed my truck serviced, plus inspected for a recall.
