I found the staff extremely helpful and they had some craft beers that I was unable to find at Binny s. I will be shopping here on a regular basis.

I have been customer in cardinal liquor in Crystakl lake for over a decade until today sunday oct. 27 ,2011 about 2:45 PM , when I been treated very badly buy two of the very unprofessional workers from this store.I hope the owner of this place reading those comments , because I would like to inform you , until you have staff like this , you not gonna make any money on me , my family or friends , I will support other same kind bussineses around Crystal lake , where staff is pleasent and professional.

FRADULENT VIP PROGRAM RIPS OFF CUSTOMERS!BEER DRINKERS ARE DEFINITELY NOT WELCOME HERE, EITHER!I used to be part of this stores "VIP Program" that offered tastings in their wine bar on a daily basis. After my second year as a member, without explanation, I received a notice from one of the managers saying that the owner and senior manager had decided to terminate the program I had already paid for, AND to bar me from their store!!!
