The owner is posting videos online calling people an idiot for not cleaning their trucks before coming there to clean their truck. Read that again because I didn't mess up. The owner doesn't want his bays getting dirty. Lol.
Disappointing. This car wash had been very good in the past and we used nearly every time we visited Clarinda. This last time, we used the west bay and something malfunctioned and soap only dripped out on the drivers side of the car. No big deal I thought. I'll just go around to another bay and pay for another wash, which I did. I called the number listed for trouble and left a message along with my phone number. 4-11-24 6:45pm $12 from our wash card. Machine was out of one of the cleaning chemicals as the Machine went around our car, but nothing came out to wash it. did not get windshield or front of car clean. Denise Jago
Just paid 14 dollars to now have to leave and go wash my vehicle again. The absolute worst car wash I have ever been to. And we travel for a living.
