Avoid at all costs. Absolutely terrible experience from start to finish — and it still isn’t resolved. The manager is completely absent. He is never in the office, refuses to speak with me directly despite multiple requests, and all communication is filtered through Jennifer. While Jennifer has been kind and genuinely tries to help, she clearly does not have the authority to resolve anything, leaving customers stuck in endless limbo with no real decision-maker. Another 1 star review for the crew. To begin, they were unprofessional in their handling of our things, dropping and damaging items, as well as scratching the flooring in our home (they did not use protective mats/rugs). They were very disorganized and slow, taking long breaks. There didn’t seem to be any synchronization in their workflow.
