I found this service to be very poor. The representative, Trish, was extremely rude, and I would never refer anyone I knew to this company as long as she is working there. Customer service should be the utmost priority at a travel service, and I did not find that here, or at least not with Trish. She did not respond to emails - ever, and did not fulfill the requests that I made of her. And her phone conversation is no better, as she basically hung up on me.
