I would not risk it!! I had booked the Napa Wine Tour several months in advance. The day prior I confirmed everything with the driver, Time and place for pickup. They day of the tour the company cancelled our tour because they were having car problems. I find it hard to believe a transportation company does not have a backup plan for when a vehicle breaks down. To this date/time I've not heard from the company either by email or phone.
Did a Job for them on Jan 3rd 2019 I asked on the 2nd to do a Napa tour and was told since I was willing to do a last minute job I would recieve my payment the same day.... still have not recieved pay! They are not returning my calls. I feel like they dont care about the drivers just making money....Im reporting them to the Better Business Bureau! They need to know in order to continue a successful business you must treat your employees with respect. I can understand things happen but communication is key! I feel used!
Had a great trip throughout the Napa Valley Wine Region. Our Driver was very knowledgeable about the area and was happy to recommend a few wineries. We even received a few bottles of wine as a thank you gift at the completion of our tour. Thank you Cardinal Transportation!
We recently took a wine tour to Napa valley. Our driver Alex was wonderful...very prompt, pointing out all the sights along the way and very willing to take us where ever we wanted to go. He was always waiting whenever we were ready to leave. Alex went above and beyond to make sure this was a very enjoyable experience. We would definitely use this company again.
I booked a Napa wine tour with Cardinal Transportation on September 10th. Everything was great. Vadim was very responsive during the booking / planning session. Our driver, Alex, was very knowledgeable about the area and explained a lot about Napa and must see places in San Francisco. He was very punctual, responsive and a good driver. Cardinal made our trip to Napa enjoyable and carefree. Would recommend to anyone!
