Even after multiple emails and calls (we closed a house with them and have had post-closing questions), they don't get back.
It's been 35 days now and still haven't received back escrow money held for last water bill. 3 weeks now and can't get replies back on email sent or phones messages left 🤬
This review is specifically for Amanda Przyby in post closing at this office. I closed 2 weeks ago and am still waiting on my property tax refund which I paid in full prior to closing. I have called every day for the past week trying to reach her and leaving her a message but I have not received a return call back. I understand if the refund has not yet processed, but I would appreciate a courtesy call to let me know the status or any updates.
