They left bolts untightened and barely hanging on after a major repair. Upon trying to get that resolved, they still managed to charge me for resolving something that should have been done prior to their installation of the brake drums that weren't done correctly. When they make a mistake, they charge you to fix it later. I had spent many thousands with them prior to this treatment, which caused me to start using a different shop.
These guys are great. They let me bring my own parts and were upfront and honest with said pricing and did not cheat me out like the dealerships do. Highly recommend.
Went and asked if they would do an alignment on my camry. It is on adjustable coilovers and 19" wheels. Some grouchy old man told me it was too low. I said no problem I'll raise it up and he proceeded to be extremely rude and said "we don't wanna line you up find you somebody else. I have 6 ASE certs and more toyota and lexus certs than they can count. I just wanted to have my car aligned. And pay for a service e they offer.
