I had a concern about my tire pressure / tmp light that came on four times this morning.They performed fast prompt service and check my tires and after find no issues they did not charge me. The team was very professional and friendly. I will return to them in the future.

I received some minor damage to my wheel when I had my tires mounted. I brought this to Cardinal Tire's attention (Adam, I believe) and he arranged at first to have it cosmetically fixed, but within 30 minutes he called back and said they would replace it, which they did, free of charge. I was impressed by their customer service! Thank you!
I cannot imagine a better group of people to deal with—always kind, clear, thorough and very considerate. We can trust these guys all day, every day. Adam in Salisbury was very helpful and is a good teacher.
