This was my first time renting a storage unit and I couldn't have had a better experience. Someone texted me with all the directions and a map showing how to get to the unit from the gate. Having the number to text knowing I could speak to an actual person if needed was reassuring. They were incredibly nice and helpful and I can't recommend them enough.
Clean safe place with easy access at a good price. I quickly got someone to help me over the phone when I had a minor hiccup opening the unit. I was skeptical of doing everything online, but it was smooth sailing!
Cardinal Storage is a great place to store your stuff! The facility is clean and easy to access, and the customer service is excellent. They helped me switch to a bigger unit with no hassle and made the whole process super easy.
