Amazing customer service. We rented a unit and ended up needing a second one, ( yes I know too much stuff. Lol) and they were able to get me a unit right next to the 1st one with a discount. Thank you, Cardinal State Storage.
My micro office suite space contained mice, was poorly maintained, and had abusive neighbors that made the space unsuitable for office use. On top of this, management would not address any issues with the building or property, and were rude and unprofessional. I would not recommend this storage facility for any use.
Really helpful and great customer service. Everything was explained and he was very kind. Made my evening easier.
