This company is rip off They charged business even without issue got resolved. They charge 60$ for vehicle saying it is to reach technician at your place. And even if technician did bot resolve issue. Will send an invoice. Complelety unethical. I want to report this company for their malicious charges and ripping off policy

Wow to Lance, professional and very flexible. Also, the company are fast to answer request, and fixing problems. I used this company at my job so more than once, and every time, the service and the work is perfect and personalized (they take the time to explain what they are doing or going to do). Cardinal has been servicing my commercial boiler for over a year. I see the same tech everytime, and he’s always very pleasant, knowledgeable, and punctual. Cardinal’s prices are a bit higher that what I was paying my previous boiler servicing company, but the difference in pricing is worth the difference in knowledge and getting repairs done right.
