I used this company at my job so more than once, and every time, the service and the work is perfect and personalized (they take the time to explain what they are doing or going to do). So thank you for your amazing work.
Cardinal has been servicing my commercial boiler for over a year. I see the same tech everytime, and he’s always very pleasant, knowledgeable, and punctual. Cardinal’s prices are a bit higher that what I was paying my previous boiler servicing company, but the difference in pricing is worth the difference in knowledge and getting repairs done right.
Very unprofessional service, leaves the place messy and equipment is still broken while also sending a bill after no follow-up on fixing the issue they were hired for.
