Wow to Lance, professional and very flexible. Also, the company are fast to answer request, and fixing problems. Cardinal has been servicing my commercial boiler for over a year. I see the same tech everytime, and he’s always very pleasant, knowledgeable, and punctual. Cardinal’s prices are a bit higher that what I was paying my previous boiler servicing company, but the difference in pricing is worth the difference in knowledge and getting repairs done right.

Very unprofessional service, leaves the place messy and equipment is still broken while also sending a bill after no follow-up on fixing the issue they were hired for.
