I bought some items from a restaurant/bakery auction and they were all in good shape, as pictured/described. Pick up was easy and carefree. I even got a text reminder to pick up (which I needed!)

This company is very unorganized for starters. One auction someone else was given my lockers. This auction which will be my last. One of the items I purchased was a desk, which they didn't inform everyone that it was in a basement that had flooded. When I went in the basement all the lower sections of drywall was removed. So the basement must have gotten pretty wet. When I looked at the desk the water in the basement must have gotten to about 5 or 6 inches. The whole bottom was damaged that far up. BEWARE!!!! This company and Vicki are extremely difficult to deal with. We purchased some equipment from them and they did not deliver the equipment . when we Called to inquire where our equipment was they were unsure of its location. They said they would refund our money. After weeks of back-and-forth with them , they refused to refund our money. In essence we paid for equipment that was never delivered, and we never received a refund for the equipment. This was thousands of dollars that we are now out. We now have to find ... read more
