Update: After 2 years I've come to the conclusion Cardinal is not customer friendly. I changed my review accordingly. Cardinal does NOT provide notice via SMS oor email when "Proof of Insurance" is due. Instead Cardinal automatically asseses you. It must think it's good business practice to not remind customers who live busy lives to try and save them some money, rather than pocketing it. I could not speak more highly of my experience with Leonard! From our brief conversation over the phone, to meeting him in person, he welcomed my husband and I with professionalism and kindness. He answered all of our questions in depth, showed us how to access the gate, gave us a tour of the facility and let us know he’d (or someone from the team) will always be available to help. 5/5 experience!!!
