Tammy and Jennifer were wonderful. I came in trying to find human people! They had not one but two receptionist's! They were very thorough and professional. They took time with me. Answered all my questions. I chose Cardinal over Public's because they are local. I do not have to deal with 1-800 numbers, no personal care like at Public's. I like the individual service and 1:1 interaction. I highly recommend Cardinal Self Storage in Westerville, Ohio. The space is wonderful too! Respectfully, Donna Hrabcak

Tammy and Angel were extremely helpful and efficient with getting me set up with my storage unit. A huge perk is that they do accept deliveries to the unit. Everything from the leasing office to the actual unit were clean also.

We have found the staff to be pleasant and helpful, and our unit is clean. Just signed for a second year for vehicle storage.

Do not do business with this company. Signed up on 6/24/25. After gathering all items to move, was made offer to sell items. Sold items and no longer need unit. sent email notification on 6/27. I had "read" receipt on emails and saw the email was read with no response. Called on 6/30 and was told that i had to pay full month for June PLUS full month of July and my email is not sufficient that i have to physically go into office and handwrite the cancellation. DO NOT RENT FROM THIS COMPANY.
