Bad customer service, they have no intention of helping…. I don't recommend them for any job.
This is the first negative review of any business I’ve ever written. Go to Sutton and Clark, had the bearded guy behind the counter refuse to sell me the hose I needed and argue with me over the size. He had an attitude from the start, not sure why. Been a mechanic in Richmond for 20 years and never been treated like this.
Long time customer, now I avoid it like the plague. Just stopped in to see if it's better, it's not. Waited for 20 mins with only one customer in the store. Never was acknowledged by staff, new customer walks in the door and staff takes their hose and begins working on his order. Left the store empty handed again. Don't waste your time.
