If money is your top priority, Cardinal is for you. He did my siding, and this was my experience: I had to watch constantly as he would try to cut costs (his, not mine) by taking shortcuts. Plan on cleaning your yard a lot after he leaves; some debris is expected, and certainly he can't get everything, but stuff was swept/blown under plants, and there was even a lot of visible crap.
