Maggie was super attentive and was able to solve a roofing problem that had everyone else stumped. It ended up being a small job and inconveniently located to boot. None of that mattered to them. I would recommend Cardinal without reservation.

Maggie Morbitzer navigated us through a challenging roofing issue we had with our 8 year old home. She and the team of employees found the issue for the leak to be the ridge vent that was not properly installed by the builder. They fixed it right up in a timely manner at a very affordable price. We are so grateful for Maggie and the team she brought in to help us figure out the issue with our roof.

We’ve used Cardinal Roofing a few different times now and have always been happy with their work. Maggie helped us with our roof, and after having such a good experience, we called them back for gutters and a repair on another property we own.
