When we first made contact about the roof of the church, we set up an appointment at the church for an estimate. Jon Morris of Cardinal Roofing came out and completed a thorough inspection by not just looking at the roof from the ground but by inspecting while on the roof. Jon was very professional and knowledgeable. I appreciate that he pointed out various deficiencies and gave thorough explanations of each. As an investor, this was extremely helpful. What was most impressive was his use of a drone. Although he climbed on the roof, he couldn’t go very far because it was raining. Even so, he took excellent pictures with the drone. Very impressive! He is truly a rain or shine roofer!
