My Ex had his 1st appointment today 02/24/25 appointment time was at 11am we arrived at 10:30 am from Petersburg,wv. Waited over an hour for the prosthetician to arrive because he was out of his office only to be talked to like we are low lifes, dumb founded and the insurance wasn't good enough for him oh but he is in the network of this insurance..MONEY HUNGRY!!! NOT PROFFESSIONAL AT ALL!! JUDGEMENTAL!!! BTW We're VIRGINIAN'S and Marylander's so don't let our current residential status fool ya!!!
The whole office is awesome. We just left our first appointment for my husband's prosthetic. They were very informative, helpful and kind. Wonderful experience. I highly recommend them for all your needs.
Love this place, went in to get a prosthetic for drop foot. I walked out that day with one, I think I got lucky, but it did happen. Had to go back for an adjustment, it took about 10- 15 minutes and I was on my way. It’s been all good since.
