1-Star Review Unreliable pricing & constantly changing policies – customers beware I’ve rented from Cardinal Rental & Sales several times over the past few years and never once was I charged mileage for a trailer. Today I called to reserve one, and out of nowhere I’m told there is now a mileage fee if I take it up to Medina. A 45-minute highway drive somehow now requires an additional “mileage charge,” which makes absolutely no sense for a standard trailer rental.
