We have used a competitor for the past 10 years, and while we never had issues, Cardinal’s technicians have already proven to be more knowledgeable. I’m very happy with the service that is included in installation of the tankless water heater. Not only is the overall expense lower (always important but especially in these more challenging times), but it includes an extensive preventive service scheduled service. Cardinal service responded to my needs quickly and service was of best quality and exceeded my expectations. The employees who arrived on time and both wore protective coverings to protect my domicile. They were courteous, knowledgeable, and efficient in their technical ability and also polite, courteous, and most of all efficient.
