Sergii came by and performed maintenance on my heating unit indoors and outdoors. He was extremely thorough, and took the time to explain everything he was checking/testing in a clear understandable way (down to the chemistry and physics of an AC/heating system!). Great service and will be staying with Cardinal for my services.

This repair was part of a condo renovation in a high-rise and it had a lot of moving parts. In advance, I had to schedule a water shut-down for an entire tier of apartments to install a main shutoff in the kitchen and rework the hoses to accommodate the new appliances. I also had a contractor performing demo and waiting to install cabinets and countertops. The original Cardinal technician was supposed to arrive at 8 AM on Wednesday.
