if you had a rating system that went from 1 to 10, 10 being the best Dara would have a15 rating. It was a pleasure to have him in our home. He performed his duties professionally, pleasantly, having great respect for our home as well as our concerns.

Byran, did an excellent job fixing my ac unit. He was efficient and kind. He took time to explain what happened to the unit. He checked his work when he was complete. He was one of the nicest people who has ever come to fix things. Thank you Cardinal for having him as an employee, he should be a teacher of your other employees of how to work with homeowners.

We got same-day service with a really nice guy (Jamie) who identified our problem and fixed then and there. I felt like pricing was fair and communication was good. My only note for the company: the text updates were nice (I particularly the technician bio introduction text!), but it was confusing to have them coming from different numbers and to have a few in a row say the exact same thing.

Angelo provided great service today, completing a flush of our tankless water heater. He also answered all of my questions thoroughly on tankless maintenance options, and explained the estimates to me.
