Spent the day with these guys thawing pipes after the power outage. Took all day to get it done but they made it happen- $ and time well spent to get water back! Had to cut a couple holes in drywall due to buried lines and poorly done original work by others. They fixed the holes with vents that look like they belong and swept up when done. Answered all my questions!

I called to get the flush seal replaced on the weekend. I was told they would be out Monday. Waited all day.. nothing. I called again and they said they would be here Tuesday. Again nothing. I canceled 2 appointments for this. I called again and they said for sure Wednesday they would be here. They showed up around 430pm. I showed them the receipt I had from them replacing the same valve in 2022. No discount, no adjustments for being late or not calling. Charged me the same price again. This was the first place I called to see about getting a plumber's report for a home insurance claim. I've never dealt with less professional people. They don't return phone calls and never set a time/date to come and do what they say they're going to do. I literally only needed someone to come and see where water was coming in in our basement. I'm normally not one to complain and understand things happen, but considering water damage is serious, things could have been handled much better on their end. 1 star.

We scheduled an appointment for 9:30 am to address a clog. However, the plumber arrived much later than promised, and we had to follow up with them to confirm if they were still coming. Additionally, after diagnosing the problem and taking a significant amount of time to fix it, we were charged for two hours of service, despite the actual work taking about an hour and a half.
